Deposit Policy:
Deposits are required to secure and book an appointment.
Deposits are transferable if transferred more than 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment time and transferred to a future appointment within 60 days of the transfer request.​Deposits are non-transferable if services are cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule cleaning or organizing appointments, we require at least a 48 hour notice. This policy is to prevent lost wages for our workers.
If you choose to cancel your services less than 48 hours in advance or we are unable to enter the house within 15 minutes of arrival, there will be a $75.00 cancellation fee charged. If you choose to transfer your services less than 48 hours in advance, there will be a $50.00 cancellation fee charged.

Fine Print:
Any additional services desired must be requested via email 48 hours prior to the date of service. We do not move furniture but we will dust by hand or with a duster to reach under and behind furniture. Cleaning of bodily fluid and pet excrement require a special certification that we do not carry; we are unable to provide this service including but not limited to: litter boxes, pet messes, human or animal feces/urine/blood, or overflowed toilets.
Our best practice is to provide prompt service but traffic and previous clients may affect our schedule. If we may be 15 minutes late, we will contact the client. Thank you for your flexibility.
Payments are due on the day of service by credit or debit card (additional fees may be assessed), Zelle, Cash, or Check.
On the rare occasion that we need to reschedule an appointment with less than a 48 hour advance notice, a $25.00 credit will be offered for the rescheduled appointment.

Organizational Services Fine Print:
Hazardous waste drop off and recycling, donation and recycling drop off, bulk pickup, and paper shredding services will include additional fees assessed by AJ DeClutter Me, LLC.
